Job Description: Developer (Remote)

Tangonet Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated Developer to join our remote team. As a Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of various software applications and solutions. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and develop innovative software solutions.
• Design, code, test, and debug software applications using programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining applications.
• Develop and maintain efficient and secure APIs and web services.
• Implement best practices for software development, code reviews, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in software development, including web or app development, DevOps, or related roles.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks, APIs, and web services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
